The first keffiyeh I bought was black and white and was delivered quickly to me. The second one I bought was in the olive green and was a gift for my granddaughter at college. Weeks went by and it was never delivered. I got in touch with FedEx both by e-mail and telephone and each time was dealing either with a robot or a robotic human being, who promised to resolve the problem. In a few days after the call, FedEx sent me an e-mail saying the problem was resolved and the case closed. The package had been delivered but no one was there, or some such thing.
Anyway, in the meantime I got in touch with customer service at Kuvrd and a nice young man named Ram wrote to me and promised to resolve the issue, which he did. The keffiyeh was delivered, my granddaughter was thrilled, and I was grateful. Bravo for human communication and problem-solving!
